TAI Services is an industrial test and inspection company that offers chiller testing, flux leakage, and oil analysis services for the Eddy Current Inspections. The company tests chillers and production heat exchangers in all of North and South America and many other locations around the world. Their trained field inspectors utilize cutting-edge technology in testing chillers used in office buildings for comfort cooling, as well as production heat exchangers.
Obsolete System Modernisation & Improved Digital Presence
Ever since its inception in 1979, the company has been using Pascal, an imperative and procedural programming language for development. While the language has been obsolete with less support functions available in the market, the company needed to move their current systems away from the language and update to ReactJS. Additionally, Tai Services was looking to improve their digital presence and create a fresh website from scratch. The scope of work included entire system redesigning, combining systems to create process workflows and developing an entire company website from scratch.

Binmile is developing a complete desktop and web application that will run on the company servers offline giving a 24/7 access to the company employees. The new app is planned keeping in mind the redesigning of the entire system functionalities of the company. With role based access controls, employees will be able to gate authorisations to access relevant data ensuring complete data privacy and security.
Data Duplicacy & Maintenance
Tai services faced a lot of data duplicacy and maintenance issues resulting from mismanaged and scattered data inputs on different applications. Separate tabs, process sheets and apps for different departments were becoming a hurdle in day to day processes along with smooth customer onboarding post deal closure, negatively impacting the companyโs relationship with the clients. A centralized web application is intended to smoothen the process resulting in a reduction of onboarding process time by up to 70%.
