As per the company’s business, the client had issues organizing the data. Initially, they collected all the details related to managing the product, sales, design, labor, and travel costs. The client also contained the details of respective margins and factors of the various products in excel. It was a lengthy and time-consuming process. Moreover, the client had issues with email scheduling, backend operations, cost estimation, data privacy, data management, and reporting for the sales process.
Binmile took all challenges and gave the client exactly what it was actually looking for.
Almost two years ago, in 2019, the client chose Binmile Technologies to automate its traditional processes for managing quotations at the backend, focusing on data accuracy and safety. Based on the above problem statement, Binmile analyzed the complete business flow and proposed the following solution. Binmile provided Bid Sheet as a solution within Dynamics 365 CE to improve the sales process. It helped sales representatives add product categories. This category had various products and details of the labor cost calculations, freight cost, sales cost, design cost, travel cost, etc. While sales reps activated the Bid Sheet, all the products with the total cost got added to the Quote.
Binmile team also implemented the PowerBI dashboards in their existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE system. This implementation helped the client track overall revenue, pipeline projects, new projects, and forecast status. We matched client expectations and offered it business solutions with
